Fairlie District Promotions Association

The Fairlie District Promotions Association Inc.was established in 2006. It is a not for profit Incorporated Society that operates in accordance with rules (available on request). The groups' activities are funded by member subscriptions and occasional grants for special projects.

Website: ranks highly in search rankings for 'Fairlie' in New Zealand, and provides excellent advertising value compared to other location-based sources due to the large number of visits. The design was refreshed in late 2012 and a mobile-friendly design was also implemented at that time.  The Association is committed to building the content and maintaining the quality of the website.

Advertising is only open to members of the Association. Website content is maintained by volunteers and members should check the information on their listings to maintain accuracy and quality of the content.


Tear-Off Map
The tear-off map assists visitors when they arrive in the town.  The map is available to all business, shops and accommodation providers to give to their customers. The map is used by visitors to find activities in the area and its main purpose is to show visitors what they can do in the area to encourage them to stay for a while.

Advertising is only open to members of the Association.


Fairlie on Facebook
The Fairlie, New Zealand facebook page was created by the Association to facilitate community interaction and provide a way for businesses to interact with the community.  It is widely used and has over 1100 friends-which is more than the population of the town.

Any business or individual may contribute to the Fairlie New Zealand facebook page.


Community Groups
